يا من عدا ثم اعتدى ثم اقترف O you who transgressed, overstepped, and committed sins,
ثم انتهى ثم استحى ثم اعترف Then ceased, felt shame, and confessed,
أبشر بقول الله في آياته Rejoice in what Allah has said in His Ayāt:
إن ينتهوا يغفر لهم ما قد سلف “If they cease (from sin), what is past will be forgiven.”
